This UOB Singapore Dollar Fixed Deposit Promotional Tenor is available with a minimum fresh funds deposit of S$40,000, from 1 September 2011 to 30 September 2011.

This promotion is applicable to individual customers only and is not valid with other UOB Singapore Dollar Fixed Deposit (SGDFD) promotions.

The deposit must be made with new funds, and not funds transferred from existing UOB/FEB savings/current/fixed deposit account(s) or in the form of UOB/FEB cheques, cashier's orders and demand drafts. To qualify for the 0.828% p.a. or the 0.938% p.a. promotional rate, a minimum deposit of S$40,000 and up to a maximum of S$999,999,999.99 must be placed in an 13-month or 18-month SGDFD respectively.

A quarterly interest payout option is available for the UOB Singapore Dollar Fixed Deposit Promotional Tenor 18-month Singapore Dollar Fixed Deposit and the interest amount earned for the quarter will be paid out to a designated UOB savings or current account of the Accountholder on month 3, month 6, month 9, month 12, month 15 and month 18 respectively.

UOB Singapore Dollar Fixed Deposit Promotional Tenor interest rates only apply if the deposit is held to maturity. Interest payments (if any) will be calculated at the Bank’s discretion for premature withdrawals.

UOB may at its absolute discretion, vary, delete or add to any of these UOB Singapore Dollar Fixed Deposit Promotional Tenor Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the promotion period, promotional rates and fixed deposit tenor, and may also terminate this promotion at any time without giving any reasons or prior notice and shall not be liable to any customers in connection with this promotion.

Please refer to the Bank's UOB Singapore Dollar Fixed Deposit Promotional Tenor Terms and Conditions Governing Accounts and Services and the Bank's Additional Terms and Conditions Governing Accounts and Services which are applicable (collectively, the "General Terms"). If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the General Terms, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
